Thursday 19 June 2008 15:18 At the end of last year the 'Lisbon treaty' was signed. It will replace the so called European Constitution the French and Dutch said no to in their referendums. Strikingly the treaty does not differ much from the constitution, but the average (Dutch) citizen does not know that.
