This years theme is The Future of EU enlargement. The 5th International Summer School will be held in Chisinau, Moldova from August 23 till 27. The theme will encompass such topics as border security, immigration, neighbourhood policy, energy policy et cetera.

The participation fee for Central and Eastern Europeans will be 50 EUR, for Western Europeans 100 EUR. Participants can apply for reimbursement of travelling costs, Central and Eastern Europeans are most likely to be elligible for some form of reimbursement.
