The goal of the Jubilee Centre is to encourage and resource Christians to shape society according to biblical principles. Their vision is of a movement of Christians actively engaged in social reform at all levels of society, thus strengthening the collective witness of the church.

They seek to achieve their goal, first, by promoting research into the biblical vision for society and into realistic contemporary applications. Second, they seek to bridge the gap between rigorous thinking and practical engagement by equipping individuals and churches, and by working with other Christian organisations to help advance a distinctively Christian, biblically-based social reform agenda.

To archieve these goals the Jubilee Centre produces publications on contemporary social, political or economic issues. In this way the Jubilee Centre tries to contribute to the fundamentals of Christian-social teaching like found in the Jubilee Manifesto ‘agenda and strategy for Christian-social reform'. Another important activity of the Jubilee Centre is the international ‘Winter School' in which contemporary social and political issues are debated from a christian-social perspective. Also the Jubilee Centre is closely linked to the ‘Relationships Foundation' that has the goal to research how relational thinking can be implemented in concrete political solutions.
